Ordering Information

• All orders must be submitted in writing, via fax or e-mail. We can't accept verbal orders over the phone.
• All orders must be accompanied with a copy of the logo or artwork for reference and must include company name, contact name, phone and fax number and e-mail address of person in charge of placing the order.
• All orders will be acknowledged via fax within 24 to 48 hours for client's approval.

Less than Minimum Order

Minimum order is 25 pieces (same design only). We are happy to accommodate less-than-minimum orders for BLANK merchandise only. Under minimum orders will carry a handling charge. Absolute minimum is 15 pieces. Smaller items have higher minimum orders. Please check with us.

Terms

Net 30 upon credit approval. New customers must advance 50% deposit on first 3 orders.

We accept Visa, MasterCard or company check. If paying by credit card, a credit card authorization form will be faxed for an authorized signature.

Proofs

A paper proof is faxed with all orders at no cost. Additional paper proofs requiring corrections/changes originated by customer will incur an additional charge.

Production Time

• Production time for personalized items is 3 to 4 weeks. Production is scheduled once the artwork proof and layout have been approved by the client. Production time for items that do not require personalization is 2 to 3 weeks.
• Larger or custom orders may require additional time for production.
• Shipping time is NOT included in production time. Please allow adequate transit time.
• Once we receive your artwork file, a paper proof and layout will be faxed within 24 to 48 hours for your approval. Please note that any changes to the artwork or layout after it has been submitted by the client will incur additional charges.
• Order changes cannot be accepted once production has begun.
• In-hand dates cannot be guaranteed if enough production and shipping time is not allowed. You will be notified in advance if your in-hands date cannot be met.

Playa Products recognizes that occasionally circumstances may require expedited production. We can accept requests for rush services based upon availability and production capacity. However, additional charges may apply for non-standard order handling. Contact customer service with your request.

Please note that a crucial component of accepting and meeting your deadline is the availability of artwork that is complete and up to specifications.

Samples

• Orders for samples must be submitted in writing, via fax or e-mail. We can't accept verbal orders for samples over the phone.
• Blank samples will be billed at first column price. Random engraved samples will be billed at end column price. Shipping charges are additional. Please note, SAMPLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE, but can be credited if order is placed within 30 days. Request for credit must accompany Purchase Order.
• Spec samples requiring specific engraving will be billed at first column price, plus applicable engraving and set-up charges, plus a handling fee. These charges (excluding freight and handling fee), may be credited upon placement of order if noted on purchase order.
• Pre-production samples will be billed at first column price, plus applicable engraving and set-up charges, plus a handling fee. These charges (excluding freight and handling fee) will be credited to order.

Overruns / Underruns

Every effort is made to ensure that the exact quantity ordered is shipped. However, on all custom items we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity requested due to spoilage and quality control.
