Shipping Information

• Shipping point is F.O.B. California.
• Shipping time is NOT included in production time. Please allow adequate transit time.
• All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise. All shipments will require the customer's or recipient's UPS or FedEx account number.
• A $5.00 charge per shipped carton will be added, in addition to freight and insurance costs.
• Please specify other preferred shipping methods. Requests for shipping next day, two day, or three day will require the client's account number and preferred carrier (UPS or FedEx). Please specify if the account belongs to recipient or third party.
• All costs of transportation shall be borne by the customer. Title of goods will pass from Playa Products to the customer when the goods are assigned to the carrier, whether the carrier is selected by customer or by Playa Products.
• Shipments will not be insured unless stated clearly on your order that insurance is required.
• For purposes of obtaining estimated shipping costs, Playa Products can provide, upon request, information relative to the number of cartons, carton dimensions and weight for any given order. However, client is responsible for contacting the preferred carrier to obtain estimated shipping costs.

International Shipments

• Client must provide specific shipping instructions, including preferred carrier and method of shipment.
• Orders shipped to international locations will require the customer's or third party account number if shipped UPS or FedEx.
• Export shipments that require documentation are subject to a $25.00 handling charge.
• Prices do not include Duties, Added Value Taxes or Custom Fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the shipping company, client or recipient.
• Client must make his own arrangements in advance if shipment requires a freight forwarder or customs broker.
• A $5.00 charge per shipped carton will be added, in addition to freight and insurance costs.
• Playa Products cannot guarantee in-hand dates, only ship dates, for international shipments due to potential customs and shipping delays. Please place your order with plenty of anticipation.

Drop or Split Shipments

We are happy to accommodate orders that require drop or split shipments. Please call for details and prices. Playa Products reserves the right to make split shipments.
